The
receipts
Not traffic charts. Orders taken, tables booked, drops sold out, showings scheduled — the numbers owners actually run their businesses on, with names attached.

● Why the numbers hold up
We measure what
pays the rent
Vanity metrics are easy — impressions, sessions, followers. We report the ones owners quote back to us: online orders per weekend, no-show rate, time-to-offer, drop sellout speed. Each is pulled from the client’s own system, not our analytics.
When a number is flat, we say so in the monthly check-in and change something. That is the whole reason the rate is flat too — we only keep clients whose numbers keep earning it.
