Can patients book directly into our existing calendar?
We can connect booking to compatible scheduling systems so online and front-desk appointments share one workflow. Sync timing and conflict controls are confirmed for the platform you use.
Is patient intake handled securely?
When intake is part of the project, we scope it around your practice systems, privacy requirements, and an appropriate specialist platform. The website itself is not presented as a medical-record system.
We have multiple providers and locations. Does that cost extra?
Provider calendars fit the Growth scope. Multi-location pages and more complex routing fit Premium; the final scope is priced by locations and workflow complexity, not a per-provider seat fee.
How do you handle patient reviews?
We can surface existing public reviews and design a post-visit request flow around compatible platforms, with the practice controlling timing, consent, and responses.
